The cut-out design
in these cups allows the child to drink without neck extension. The
flexible plastic allows the feeder to gently squeeze the cup to narrow
the shape increasing success for some children. The cut-out also allows
the feeder to see how fast to pour the drink. We like using purees
in this cup initially to slow the flow as children gain comfortable
drinking control. Gradually the puree can be thinned until the child
can accomplish successful drinking with thin liquids. Have these cups
available in therapy sessions, in classrooms, and for the family.
Families will want to have them available at home, schools, and at
Grandma's house!
